A STORY OF SKY AND SEA

Located at the top of Calpe, one of the most privileged spots on the Levantine coast, Orobianco combines the best panoramic view of the Mediterranean with Italian haute cuisine. Just look at the gastronomic director of the project, a chef who requires little introduction: Paolo Casagrande, awarded with three Michelin stars at his restaurant Lasarte.

In the kitchen, Andrea Drago, formerly his right-hand man, now leads a brilliant phase at Orobianco, elevating the restaurant to the stars.

A STELLAR TRAJECTORY

Orobianco has received a brilliant Star in the Michelin Guide 2024, an award that adds to other renowned recognitions, such as the Sol Repsol or the Gastronomic Seal L’Exquisit Mediterrani of the Valencian Community.

In addition, after several editions, it has established itself as a regular in the Ranking of the Best Italian Restaurants outside Italy, according to 50 Top Italy, where it ranks 37th and is the only Spanish company.

YOUNG TEAM, WITH PASSION AND TALENT

The Orobianco team is made up of people from different parts of the world, which allows us to work in depth on Italian gastronomy, while exploring other cultures, achieving a unique richness and diversity.
